A 12-week curriculum

Each week covers a single management habit, anchored in the work the manager is doing that week. Topics include: running 1:1s that don't waste anyone's time, giving feedback that lands, hiring the person you actually need, holding your team to a standard without becoming a tyrant, and developing the people you don't want to lose.

Format and logistics

Virtual cohorts run weekly over 12 weeks. Hybrid and in-person formats available for client teams of 12+. 1:1 coaching included for every participant. Optional PI integration: participants complete a behavioral assessment and learn to use it as a working tool, not a personality test.
