Founder & CEO
Drew founded Lever Talent in 2022 after 7+ years at Predictive Index, where he served as Chief Growth Officer. He's the host of The Lever Show and writes most of the long-form content on this site. Drew grew up in Maine, lives in Westwood, MA, and still thinks mission/vision/values work is the highest-leverage conversation a leadership team can have.
Head of Administration
Lauren keeps the firm organized — contracts, invoicing, internal systems, and the kind of operational calm that lets the consultants consult. She's been with Drew since the earliest days of Lever Talent.
VP of Professional Services
Aaron leads client delivery. He staffs engagements, runs the kickoff, and is the person most clients call when the scope needs to flex. He came to Lever Talent from a senior talent strategy role at a mid-market services company.
Executive and Marketing Assistant
Eli supports Drew and runs the marketing and content calendar — podcast production, blog publishing, and the social posts you see on LinkedIn.
Senior Talent Strategy Consultant
Curtis is one of the firm's senior consultants. He specializes in MVV work and the long-tail culture and engagement projects that follow. Clients describe him as 'the person you want in the room when the conversation gets hard.'
Account Manager
Aaron G. is the day-to-day account contact for a portfolio of clients. He runs the standing meetings, tracks the deliverables, and is the first call when something needs to change.

Alex partners with clients on the operational side of engagements — making sure the consultants have what they need, the clients know what's coming next, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Derek focuses on the long arc of the client relationship — renewal conversations, expansion scoping, and the data that tells us whether a client is getting what they came for.

Laura is the steady hand on a portfolio of fractional HR and Lead with Leverage engagements. She knows every client by name and most of their teams by project.
